Why we do it
Every year, bajillions of items are purchased online, from Amazon, Wal-Mart and others, and when they are "returned," most of them just get dumped. They sit on big pallets in warehouses and wind up who knows where.
We rescue the ones with value and sell them at discounted prices. Most of the items we sell are basically the same as if you bought them brand new, but for a lot less.
Our promise
We have every intention of selling you exactly what we describe and show on listings. If we say or imply that it works, it should work. If we say or imply that it is not damaged, it should not be damaged. We do a lot of work to inspect and research the items we sell.
But we are not perfect. So if you get something and there's an issue, let us know, quickly, and we'll try to fix it quickly. We will make it right. We are trying to make you a customer for life.
